Small something I wrote awhile back when I was in school. thought my response was well.. I thought it was pretty true.

Is everyone in the U.S. equal?

Legally? Yes, the law states that all men (Men and Women) are equal, that all citizens of the United States are legally equal.

Morally? No, Not everyone is treated equally regardless of whether or not they deserve to be. Many variables contribute to this factor such as Social status, Opinion, Religion, etc.
